How can I review Tidy on App Store?

It's easy. Just tap Review tab on Tidy's Help screen.  Please keep in mind that any rating below 5 stars may lower Tidy's average score. If you have feedback, kindly contact us by tapping on chat icon or emailing jon@tidyhealthphr.com.

Can I transfer my medical records from unaffiliated apps such as Microsoft HealthVault or MyMedical?

Yes, but not directly. Please go to  "To My Medical Users" in Help section.

​

Is it possible to save emails in document files?

Yes, open email then tap Files > Export as PDF. Then tap Add+FIles in Documents folder.

​

How do  I add a  Condition not listed on dropdown menu?

Type or dictate into entry space at end of list, tap Done key on keyboard, and choose active or inactive.

Where can I keep vital information in case of emergency?

Tap name on Tidy's Home screen, and enter info on Profile page. But you should be aware that Apple's Health app provides a service called Medical ID that can be accessed by first responders even if a person's phone is locked.  

​

Can I import contacts directly into Care Team folder from Apple's  Contacts app?

Yes, tap the button on the Care Team screen and select those contacts you wish to transfer. Also, you can export any Tidy contacts into Apple's Contacts app so this info is actionable right in Tidy.

How do I report a bug or crash?

Go to Feedback tab on the Help page and send us screenshots of the issue, as well as screenshot of Help page where your device info is shown.

Can Tidy's color theme be changed?

Yes, you have several options. Go to device Settings:. 1. Dark Mode - tap Display & Brightness > Dark Mode > Turn On. 2. Color Filter - tap Accessibility > Display > Filters. 3. Customized Text - tap Accessibility > Shortcut >  Ask For Feature > select White Point / Invert Color / Zoom Text.  4. B & W - tap Accessibility > Display > Filters > Grayscale.

If I enter data on my iPad, will it be available on my iPhone?

Yes, but not automatically. Go to  "Data Migration" in Help section to read more.

Are all data entries automatically saved?

Yes, no need to tap Save or Done buttons. However, it is good to regularly backup data on a cloud service of choice. Go to "Backup Data" in Help section to read more.

I forgot my passcode - help?

Tidy does not have access to your passcode, but all is not lost. You can try as many 4 digit codes as you like,  since there is no lock out limit. Or maybe install and restore new version of app after backing up your data and deleting app. Or try opening website iCloud.com and click Advance Settings > Recently Deleted > Restore Files.

How do I list a condition as active or inactive?

Tap checkbox in menu for active or inactive. Active conditions are listed in red and inactive conditions are listed in blue.

How can I delete items in List View?

Slide left and tap red X.

 

Can we be reassured that our data will not disappear even if Tidy app is no longer supported?

Yes, data is saved locally on your own devices and not stored on a server in some cloud. So even if Tidy goes away, you will continue to have access to your data.

How can I track metrics such as daily mood, activity, symptoms, or diet?

Go to Health Logs folder > tap Trends > Add + Metric. You can choose metric from Tidy's menu or create your own. You can also indicate warning values or when something happens that may affect your streak. 

       

How best to  track my daily blood pressure readings?

Trends feature tracks your Systolic or Diastolic pressures separately. This helps you follow the trends more clearly. Some users prefer to enter a single BP as "120.80".

 

How can I change an appointment alert?

Go to Care Team > Provider > entry screen and tap Change Appointment button at bottom.

How can I delete or remove Files or Photos in Progress Chart Timeline?

If available, tap edit button, then X. Or look for duplicate of file or photo in Tidy Files folder and tap edit button there.

​

How can I save a record of a discontinued medicine?

Go to Profile > Medication > Prescription >  Rx Number and check discontinued box. Medication will move from Prescription list to Discontinued list.

Can I personalize when I take my medicine?

Yes, enter "Take as Directed" from menu, and then enter exact instructions in Notes field. To personalize alert, go to Reminders app and edit notifications.

Does Tidy app have  either User Manual or Tutorial?     

Yes, it's in Help tab. We know change can be hard,  so we offer prompts, tutorials, and guides.

​

Can a person's account be removed?

Yes, tap Accounts + tab on Home Screen  and simply tap edit button then X Delete. If you anticipate data may be needed, backup on a cloud service of choice. Go to Backup Data in Help section.

 

Where do I record the details of visits to my physician? 

Go to  Progress Chart folder > Office Visits > choose Exams / Therapies / Procedures. Then tap Add + button to record details. A timeline of  your encounters will appear in List View.

 

How can I remove unwanted items from lists?

Swipe left and tap X. To undo menu selection, retap checkbox. To delete images, tap edit button then X..

 

Can I see my record between on different devices?

Yes, please go to  "Data Migration" in Help section to read more.

 

Can I enter individual lab results?

Yes, go to Trends folder > Medical group > Add + Metric.  Another way is import entire lab report by tapping Add + File in Progress Chart folder.

 

How can I print out Tidy records? 

Tap share button and select Print option if your printer is Air-Print ready.. Or Save to Files > Export as PDF > Print Files.

 

How can I create reminder for a doctor appointment?

Go  to Care Team >  Providers >  tap Add Appointment button. Your appointment will be posted  on Home screen. Press to share appointment with another person. By default, expect to get  alert 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. To change appointment, open Reminders app.

 

How can I archive images such as documents, files and photos?

Please go to " Data Files" in Help section to find out.

 

Can my whole family see my Tidy records?

All data is saved locally on your own device and will not sync automatically. with other devices.  But you can share Tidy data with those on or off your grid by backing up then restoring file on second device. Go to  "Data Migration" in Help section to read more.

 

How can I enter data into Tidy using a keyboard?

If you have M1 MacBook, you can install Tidy in MacOS App Store.  Or try using an external keyboard with an iPad, with or without screen mirroring.

Can I sync Tidy appointments with Apple Calendar app?

Tidy appointments and alerts only sync with Apple Reminders app. If you prefer a Calendar app,  try the top-rated Fantastical app so  you can sync with Tidy.

 

How do I add captions for Tidy Files?

Long press on file icon, then type caption and tap green checkmark when done.

 

Can I integrate my Personal Health Record with my provider's Electronic Health Record?

No, Tidy app is not meant to be a patient portal. Rather it sits outside your typical provider network and offers a way to keep and share private health data regardless of system.

 

What devices work with Tidy Health app?

Tidy app was built for iPhones, iPads, and M1 MacBooks. It is not currently available on Android, Chrome, or Windows devices. 

 

Do I need to register my Tidy Health account?

No. Providing a password or personal info is not required. 

​

Why can't I find Tidy app icon on my Home screen? 

Apple places newly installed apps inside App Library. To move Tidy's icon to your Home screen, go to  Settings > Home Screen > Newly Downloaded Apps > Tidy Health > Add to Home Screen.
